When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your email address.
We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our services. Your enquiry is stored and processed by the reception staff who send the email to the most appropriate manager in the organisation. The manager will respond to the enquiry and will retain the enquiry data in line with our Records Retention Policy for any files processed outside of the email system and depending on the nature of the data.

Our email system will keep enquiry emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for seven years, when we delete them.

To process credit / debit card payments, and communicate with you if there are any issues. We use Mastercard, Visa, American Express and all other major credit / debit card companies and payment systems. In processing this data, customer details will also be automatically shared with Stripe for fraud prevention purposes. theauction.golf does not record credit / debit card information: however, anonymised token data is retained for 6 years from the end of a customer’s final transaction or end of the corresponding warranty period.

Any personal data relating to you gathered by us in the registration process or during your use of the service will be recorded and only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any personal data we collect during registration is designed to allow us to personalise the site for you and give you access to the right kinds of information.

We will use your personal data to fulfil purchases and orders which you may make via this website: this includes the processing of your order, the registering of warranties associated to any purchase you may make, the arrangement of delivery / collection as appropriate etc. Customer details will be available to Avamae who administers this website on our behalf, and Planning-Inc who manages our customer database. Order information is also saved within our customer relationship management system.
Additionally, in order to fulfil a purchase or order, it may be necessary to share relevant data with third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers, as well as delivery companies. As we use many different providers, so it is not possible to list them all here.
